30 MEETING RETURN POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of our textiles and pillows, we are happy to send extra information or photographs of pieces prior to your purchase. If you find the item not to your satisfaction you may return it within two weeks of  original receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted after that time, we will refund purchases with store credit only.

30 MEETING SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship via UPS or Fed Ex for ease of insuring and tracking. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment, in tissue and bagged in plastic to avoid exposure to moisture, then boxed in corrugated boxes. Ottomans and other furnishings that are above the limits for UPS will be shipped via freight and appropriate crating and charges will be applied.
